We do not have a pool on-site. However, residents can enjoy pool access by becoming a member at the Macomb Recreation Center nearby.

Yes! Our community features a fully equipped fitness center, including a Peloton bike, Peloton treadmill, Tonal system, and Lululemon Mirror. Best of all, it’s completely free for residents. Sterling Center provides a community-wide subscription, so there’s no extra cost to you.

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community and you can have up to 2 pets per apartment.  The monthly pet rent is $30 for one pet or $50 for two pets.  There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300 for one pet or $500 for two.  The weight limit is 35 lbs maximum at full growth.  All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations.

The application fee is $75 per person, age 18 or older.

We do not base approvals solely on a credit score. Applications are reviewed based on several factors to provide a fair evaluation.

Yes! Each apartment includes a full-size, in-unit, stacked washer and dryer for your convenience.

Residents are responsible for water, electricity, and for select units, gas. All utilities are individually metered and billed directly through the utility company.

We do not offer covered parking or carports. However, parking is completely free and uncovered. Spaces are first come, first served, and residents will receive a parking pass after registering their vehicle with the office.

Yes! We have two elevators, one on each side of the property, along with three indoor stairwells for easy access throughout the building.

The holding fee is $299, due within 48 hours of approval. This amount is applied toward your move-in costs.

Our apartments do not include private patios or balconies, but the community offers two beautiful outdoor gazebo areas with seating, fire pits, and BBQ grills for residents to enjoy.

Apartments feature luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, with carpeted bedrooms and closets for added comfort.
